Animal Crazy!

This blog is introducing my beloved pets.

Near enough everyone of my friends and family know that I absolutely love my animals, I have ways been into studying animals and reading up upon them ever since I can remember. I have always had a great opportunity to have experience with many types of animals, including:

* Pets
* Wildlife
* Animal care in college

And lastly being able to work with two veterinary centres for work experience.

Now, where do I begin... I have had various animals as pets from the common dog or cats to a praying ghost mantis. Sadly as any living thing, a lot of these animals which were apart of my life tragically were taken away either too soon or within a accident.

The animals which I currently have are:
* Ferrets: I have three ferrets named Bear, Tugs and Twix.
Both Bear and Tugs are brothers and they were born on 28/4/16 which were both from a amazing and caring breeder called Leanne. They came to me so tiny and are now both beautiful boys which are so full of love! Then I had Twix who was born on 22/5/16 but I only had her on the 18/12/16 as she was rescued, she was badly treated by the way she acted, she was incredibly aggressive no actually attacked me and my partner, but after a lot of comfort and love she is such a gentle lady. She absolutely adores cuddles and if you saw her you'd swear she was a kit* still. I love these fuzzies to death they've brought so much happiness to my life.

* Cats: I have five cats named Coco, Bonnie, Todd, Jinx and Phoebe.
Although I care for them all and love them all the same, only three of these beauties belong strictly to me, those are Coco, Bonnie and Todd.
Both Jinkx and Phoebe are roughly the same age which is 6ish years old now.

Coco has just turned 5years old, she is the daughter of Phoebe and was born on the 25/4/12 and now we come to the troublesome two, Bonnie who was born on the 21/4/16 and she is also Phoebe's daughter.

Lastly Todd who is roughly a year old on 20/9/16 we are unsure on the exact date he was born as he had one of the worst starters in life, we rescued Todd as he was found in a garbage bag in a hedge along with a few more kittens, unfortunately we couldn't catch the other kittens.... But Todd made it and is a very healthy boy now.

* Snake: I have one snake called Buzz.
I had Buzz in November 2016, he is my first snake and is absolutely amazing. Very active and a funny character. He is a banana morph royal python, he was born around September and was from a remarkable breeder called Tony. I never had a snake before but I can honestly say, Buzz is an extremely amazing creature, he's a very nosy bugger too!

So that's pretty much it!
I will be continuing mother blog about my Ferrets as one in particular called Bear has recently had run into some bad news, he may have juvenile lymphoma which is a cancer. I will be getting results on this as he was sedated and had tissues taken to be sent off to the lab for further testing. I haven't heard anything yet and I'm very concerned about the phone call I'll receive. I pray it's not going to be juvenile lymphoma, I love Bear so much and he shouldn't be going through this at just a year old.

I will also be putting a blog up of the time I had to gain Todd's trust as he was an extremely scared kitten when we bought him home, I'll explain what we had to do just in case someone else has this experience one day, yes it was a tragic time for him but I'm just happy that he's a extremely healthy and happy boy now.

Thank you for reading, feel free to leave a comment and I'll catch you next time!
