Introducing Myself

This is just going to be a short introduction of myself, so you all can get to know me.

Well firstly I think it's best for you all to know my name, my name is Chloe. I live in a small town in Wales and I love spending time with family and friends as I believe that's the best way to be.

I have a major obsession over animals, especially Cats, Ferrets, Snakes, Foxes, Otters, Bears and Birds..... So basically I love everything ha! Yes even most creepy crawlies, love tarantulas but my family and partner are terrified so obviously can't have one of those!

Where was I.... oh yes!
I'm from a small town in Wales, I live with my family. I have my beautiful mother, amazing father and two brothers and four sisters. Two of my youngest sisters live with my Dad few miles away from us, we see them most weekends and love spending time with one another. One of my brothers is a step brother and he lives with his lovely girlfriend and my niece. Lastly my eldest sister lives with her boyfriend in a quiet cup de sac only 20minutes away. So yeah most of my family live near me and I love that as were always connected and always see one another.

I have studied both animal care and nursing in college a few years back, I absolutely loved this as I interacted with various animals and it was just a awesome experience. I also studied performing arts in college too, this was an absolutely life changing course for me, it lead me to be a more confident person and also helped with a few of my flaws. Both were amazing opportunities in my life.

Lastly,
I guess I'm just a normal girl who loves to hang out with friends whether that means drinking occasionally or just simply having a cup of tea and talk about random things. I love spending a lot of time with my pets which I will put a blog up about as I know a lot of people love animals as well as I do!

All I wanted to say really was that I'm very excited to start blogging again as I used to do it a few years back, things have given me a opportunity to start again and I hope I keep you all entertained with the content I'm sharing. Hope you all have a brilliant day and I'll speak to you all soon!

                                                                           Bye!

Animal Crazy!

This blog is introducing my beloved pets.

Near enough everyone of my friends and family know that I absolutely love my animals, I have ways been into studying animals and reading up upon them ever since I can remember. I have always had a great opportunity to have experience with many types of animals, including:

* Pets
* Wildlife
* Animal care in college

And lastly being able to work with two veterinary centres for work experience.

Now, where do I begin... I have had various animals as pets from the common dog or cats to a praying ghost mantis. Sadly as any living thing, a lot of these animals which were apart of my life tragically were taken away either too soon or within a accident.

The animals which I currently have are:
* Ferrets: I have three ferrets named Bear, Tugs and Twix.
Both Bear and Tugs are brothers and they were born on 28/4/16 which were both from a amazing and caring breeder called Leanne. They came to me so tiny and are now both beautiful boys which are so full of love! Then I had Twix who was born on 22/5/16 but I only had her on the 18/12/16 as she was rescued, she was badly treated by the way she acted, she was incredibly aggressive no actually attacked me and my partner, but after a lot of comfort and love she is such a gentle lady. She absolutely adores cuddles and if you saw her you'd swear she was a kit* still. I love these fuzzies to death they've brought so much happiness to my life.

* Cats: I have five cats named Coco, Bonnie, Todd, Jinx and Phoebe.
Although I care for them all and love them all the same, only three of these beauties belong strictly to me, those are Coco, Bonnie and Todd.
Both Jinkx and Phoebe are roughly the same age which is 6ish years old now.

Coco has just turned 5years old, she is the daughter of Phoebe and was born on the 25/4/12 and now we come to the troublesome two, Bonnie who was born on the 21/4/16 and she is also Phoebe's daughter.

Lastly Todd who is roughly a year old on 20/9/16 we are unsure on the exact date he was born as he had one of the worst starters in life, we rescued Todd as he was found in a garbage bag in a hedge along with a few more kittens, unfortunately we couldn't catch the other kittens.... But Todd made it and is a very healthy boy now.

* Snake: I have one snake called Buzz.
I had Buzz in November 2016, he is my first snake and is absolutely amazing. Very active and a funny character. He is a banana morph royal python, he was born around September and was from a remarkable breeder called Tony. I never had a snake before but I can honestly say, Buzz is an extremely amazing creature, he's a very nosy bugger too!

So that's pretty much it!
I will be continuing mother blog about my Ferrets as one in particular called Bear has recently had run into some bad news, he may have juvenile lymphoma which is a cancer. I will be getting results on this as he was sedated and had tissues taken to be sent off to the lab for further testing. I haven't heard anything yet and I'm very concerned about the phone call I'll receive. I pray it's not going to be juvenile lymphoma, I love Bear so much and he shouldn't be going through this at just a year old.

I will also be putting a blog up of the time I had to gain Todd's trust as he was an extremely scared kitten when we bought him home, I'll explain what we had to do just in case someone else has this experience one day, yes it was a tragic time for him but I'm just happy that he's a extremely healthy and happy boy now.

Thank you for reading, feel free to leave a comment and I'll catch you next time!

(* Kit: Is the term used for baby ferrets)

Story of Todd

This is a blog about the little kitten we found in a garbage bag which was thrown in a hedge.

So on the 1st October 2016 I had a message from a friend saying that she has found a kitten along a main road in a black garbage bag in a hedge along with a few more kittens, she tried catching all of the kittens but unfortunately the others got away, I have seen the kittens to this day which belong to a farmer now. So thank god they lived!

But, we managed to catch this feral kitten which was stuck in my friends garden with the bag around him, he ran into her shed and they managed to lock him in until I got him to the home. He was very thin so I wanted to take him to the vets in the morning as I was concerned just in case he had a infection or virus due to being outside so young with no mother.

That day, I had him in my room with his litter tray and some food and water, he was extremely scared and wouldn't come anywhere near us. He stayed there from around 6pm till 8am next morning, I couldn't get to the vets in time so I had to take him in the morning.

Well I tell you that was so fun trying to catch a feral kitten running around my room! Ha!

So, we took this tiny kitten to the vets and I had an idea that he may be around 4/5weeks old due to having kittens in the past so I knew roughly how old he was, the vet confirmed that he was in fact 4weeks old and had a health check, the poor thing was extremely scared and crying like mad.

Then the vet said "So what's the decision here, are you going to take this kitten in or keep him here so we can take him to a rescue centre. Choice is yours"

And quite quickly I insisted that he will have a loving home at mine and will not be spending his days in a rescue, so he was mine and I was so happy to know he was healthy even though he was very skinny, so to make things worse for the poor thing as I've got all my cats microchipped, I got him chipped too. He stayed very still fair play and didn't cry once, decided on a name which was Todd named after a childhood film called 'The Fox and The Hound' which if you've seen the film the little fox is named Todd, so I thought it fitted with the little guy, after that we took him home.

After a few days I introduced my other kitten -Bonnie- in with Todd. Well I have to say it was so funny watching him stand on end running up to Bonnie and pretending to be a 'Big man' it was hilarious!

Then a few months passed and all the cats, despite a few tiffs at the start now all get along very well.
Below are a few pictures of when we caught him, his first night here and a few other pictures of his days living with us. He is a very naughty boy. Always up to mischief! But when me and my partner go to bed, he loves nothing other than lying on us and sleeping, purring away!

But I'm very happy to say that he's a healthy baby boy now and is extremely loved by everyone, I'm very happy to know that we got him from the worst starter in life to now being this beautiful boy.

Hope you enjoyed this blog about my little Todd, see you soon!
This is the first picture of Todd, this was when he was locked in the shed.

After we got home from the vets, Todd fell asleep on the sofa he was still very scared at this point.

I woke up in the morning and felt something sleeping by my chest, Todd snuck up into my quilt and slept there until he woke up.

Todd has his first collar!

Todd and Bonnie, both on my bed they were being naughty and attacking one another, I caught them and they both looked at me as if to say "We aren't doing anything mummy"

Todd Bach fell asleep on me whilst watching YouTube.

The troublesome two.

Little Nightmare Game: Review

This blog is about the newest game called Little Nightmares, this game gave me the creeps and also captured my imagination. A well and truly brilliant game, if you'd like to continue to read then awesome!

⚠️ This may give away spoilers so just a word of warning now ⚠️

So the game insists of you being this small little character who's called Six you help her through so many little obstacles and they have a few puzzles for you to solve.

It's a creepy game as the characters within are very strange, the way they look, move and speak.

The characters within the game are:
* Six:
She's a mysterious little girl who wears a yellow raincoat, she's a prisoner in the Maw along with other children, with only a lighter to show her the way through dark places she endlessly tries to escape The Maw.

* Nomes:
These rather cute little nomes are what to believe to be classed as 'vermin' on board The Maw, they're extremely skittish and run away from most creatures, they also are often killed if they try to be friendly towards others. You can use Six to approach them very slowly to pick them up and give them a hug, throughout the game I find these to be really cute in a odd way as they make these really weird noises to indicate they're near you, they try and help you through the game also.

Now for the creepy characters:
* The Janitor:
Never have I been so creeped out when I saw this very creepy person.  He has long arms and wears a dark coat and hat. One scene is when Six is really hungry, she's struggling for food and she finds herself in one of his traps, throughout a good part of the game you're hiding and running away from him. If he catches you, there's no way of getting free. I think his main job in the game is to keep the prisoners (children) from escaping, he has a rather strange collection of what appears to be either killed children or dolls. Creepy or what?!

The thing I noticed most about him are obvious his incredibly long arms, but his skin.... his skin is very horrid looking, it looks like a old sock scrunched up to the point where he cannot see. This is a definite advantage, you have to sneak past him in a few parts of the game, if he hears you, you need to RUN!

* The Twin Chefs:
These guys gave me the creeps, big time!
Within the game you must overcome a vast variety of obstacles and challenges which you must complete before going any further, you've passed the long armed creep then a monster which nearly drowns you in a pile of clothes... And now to top it all off is the absolutely horrid chefs. They treat children, Six and the Nomes like vermin in their kitchen and if you're seen then you have to run as fast as you can, you must try to stay hidden wether that's hiding in the cupboards or under the tables, you mustn't be seen.

Their faces are a lot like the skin to The Janitor, but these two look like they're faces have been melted! Their noises which they make when they're walking around or if they see you are so disturbing. The first chef you come across, looks very sad or tired. The second chef has more of a wider face and has redder hair, that's the only differences between them as far as I could see. Both absolutely creepy and would give me nightmares too if I were Six!

* The Guests:
I won't spoil this part too much as I thought it needs to be kept pretty eerie. Basically throughout the game the chefs are preparing food, at one bit of the game you are outside The Maw and climbing up a chain, you see a bunch of people boarding The Maw and they're all fat, lazy and greedy! Some of them wear Noh-like masks in the game, they are seen dressed nicely despite their disgusting nature.

* The Lady:
You rarely see her throughout the game, except near the ending. In the game you find these figures which you pick up and smash on the floor to earn a trophy. They're hidden much like the Nomes but you smash them and hug all the Nomes you get a trophy.

Back to this, in the game you see mirrors which are smashed all over the place. Near the ending you face The Lady who wears a white mask and a kimono, she gracefully surveys her guests and horrifyingly haunts Six's dreams.

The website for the game states that The Lady believes the outside world is going insane and that The Maw is her last change of domain of order, in a sense it's true as in the game you can definitely feel that presence in the way the game is. She goes to some pretty disgusting and horrifyingly wretched ways to keep it her way, which involves child abduction and second degree murder.

On one part of the game you're in her quarters, she's singing in a broken mirror which is a big hint in the game.

Unfortunately as I want you all to experience this game as I did... I don't want to spoil anything else. It's a twisted and amazing game.

I absolutely loved it and would definitely give it 8.5 out of 10.

The only thing is that I wished it would've been longer and the puzzles should be a big harder as for someone like me, I love puzzles in games and work through them very quickly. But yes, on the other hand this eerie game gave not only me, but my partner and a few of my siblings the creeps when they watched me play it.

Below are the pictures of the characters listed above. I hope you liked this Blog and I'm thinking of writing a few more about games, animals, personal information and anything else which may pop in my head!

                   Thank you and speak soon!

This is Six as you can see, she's so small, even the key is massive compared to her.

This is what the Nomes look like, they're pretty small and very shy.

This creepy long armed man is The Janitor.

These mangled faces are The Twin Chefs.

This is one of the Guests, you meet this one in particular within the game.

And finally... This is The Lady.
